Shades of Life (Color second)

In the “Cup of Life”, here again another aspect that we will see is the “Values”. These are not the moral values that I am talking about here, but rather just inherent and the innate ones that I see a more important part of.
Values are nothing but some stable points of reference that one creates for himself. These are the points which define something you can do and something that you can never do.

Values are something which is desired or is desirable by you and by the ones closer to you. Point to be noted here is that values have got to do nothing with the expectations that others have of you but rather is an expression of what you want to show yourself as. Values simply imply the perception that you want/expect people to have of you.

When values are the centre that you revolve around and someone or you yourself mess with those values, where do you believe you will find yourself for any decision making or any crisis situation that you further on face. What will you turn to, for support? Values are something inherent to you an absence of which brings about nothing but your downfall. And the worst part comes, when at such a time you find yourself in a company who instead of pulling you back on track has the capability to throw you out of your own system. Finding yourself in such a situation, makes your life go haywire and estimating the damage is what you are left with for the whole of your life and trying to minimize it or to get to rid of it is a dream that you are going to carry on for long.

Values people say is something that you can never change, but I completely disagree for the fact that when it is something of your own you can always play with it, for good or for worse, that is for you to make it. But handle with care is a caution with a capital C.
